Bridal by Viper is an appointment prefered store. To reserve a consultant, we request that you book in advance. Walk-ins are considered in a case-by-case scenario. It is best to book in advance!

We do not have a guest limit! We do kindly ask that you inform us about your guest-count so that we may provide ample seating for you and your crew. If you are expecting a large group and would prefer a solo-store experience, consider looking into our Viper Experience appointment upgrade package!

If the dress is in stock with the designer, it will take as little as 2 weeks for the gown to arrive. If it is out of stock, it can take anywhere from 3-4 months to arrive.

We do! For mother of the bride dresses, we offer a 30-day layaway. 50% down is required to order your gown and from there, the rest of the payment will be due 30 days from that day.

We do not allow outside beverages or food. We have coasters at the front desk to store your coffee! Screw-top water bottles and baby bottles are welcome.

We do offer catering if you would like a special beverage/snack for yourself or your guests.
